Hi, I’m Marvin Harry – your go-to guy for great service, unforgettable experiences, and just the right amount of cheek. With over 20 years in the service industry, hospitality isn’t just what I do – it’s who I am. My journey started behind the counter of my mother’s fried chicken shop, where I learned early that a great customer experience begins with a smile, a hustle, and maybe a secret spice or two. Since then, I’ve worked my way up – from scrubbing pots as a dishwasher, shaking cocktails as a bartender, to now leading teams as a restaurant manager. Each role has sharpened my instincts, taught me the value of adaptability, and reminded me that no detail is too small when it comes to making someone’s day. I’ve had the honor of serving guests from all walks of life – including Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth herself (yes, really!) – and what I’ve learned is this: a warm welcome, a thoughtful touch, or a perfectly timed joke can elevate a simple service into something truly memorable. Now, as I continue this wild and wonderful ride in hospitality, I’m inviting you along for the journey. With over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality, Tourism, and Culinary industry, Chef Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and creativity to every dish he creates. A proud graduate of the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute, Chef Kyle has honed his skills in some of the country’s top hotels and restaurants, with a career that also led him to an international stint in Doha, Qatar. Now back in his beloved Sweet T&T, he continues to draw inspiration from the richness of Caribbean culture. Chef Kyle’s culinary style is a vibrant fusion of European and Caribbean influences, rooted in the use of local ingredients and a deep respect for local traditions. His menus reflect a love for storytelling through food—elevating the familiar with refined technique and global flair. Beyond the kitchen, Kyle is a passionate mentor, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of culinary talent and championing the future of hospitality in Trinidad and Tobago.

ANKIT SHAH
Pastry Chef
Ankit Shah is our talented pastry chef at 277, known for his bold take on modern desserts, elegant pastries, and artisanal baking techniques. Ankit has worked at internationally recognised hotels such as Hyatt India, Marriott Qatar, and La Cigale in Qatar. With over 12 years of hands-on culinary experience, some of his favourite things to make are the airy focaccia bread, rich baked cheesecake and tiramisu, earning him a reputation for blending old-world classics with a creative flair. He brings a playful yet precise approach to the pastry kitchen, combining classic techniques with imaginative twists that turn every dessert into an experience. When he’s not crafting stunning sweets, Ankit spends his time following cricket – a natural fit. Passionate, curious, and always evolving, Ankit continues to push boundaries, and we are happy to have him on the team.
